Privacy notice
What happens to your information
This is a demo notice, in plain terms, of how visitor data in this registry is handled.
When you sign in, Beauty By Neequa records your name, identification number, phone number, purpose of visit, and check-in time. Reception records your check-out time when you leave.
This information is kept as part of Beauty By Neequa's visitor log for its own records. It is not shared with other organizations using this platform.
If you scan your ID card, the photo is only read to fill in your name and ID number, then discarded. It is never saved.
You may ask reception to see, correct or delete your entry. Under Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 you can also object to how it is used, or complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
This sign-in page is run for Beauty By Neequa by Kete. More detail: Kete Privacy Policy · Cookie Policy.
